Welder Center for the Performing Arts at 7 p.m. Tuesday, with a pre-show concert by the husband and wife duo, Painter & Poet. Lucky Joe plays Two Step Friday and an indoor glow-in-the dark Easter egg hunt on April Fool’s Day. No foolin’.
1. Tuesday, March 27: VFS presents A Fantastic Woman
The Victoria Film Society presents “A Fantastic Woman” (2017), named Best Foreign Film at this year’s Academy Awards show, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts, 214 N. Main Street, Victoria, TX 77901. Show up early for the 6:30 p.m. music show by Painter & Poet.
2. Wednesday, March 28: Spring Carnival & Easter Egg Hunt
Victoria College’s annual Spring Carnival and Easter Egg Hunt will be held Wednesday, March 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the VC Quad area. Hosted by Victoria College’s Student Life Department, the carnival will feature games, refreshments, and an Easter Egg Hunt.The Easter Egg Hunt, which is free and open to the public, begins at 5:45 p.m., with separate sections for younger and older children. Children up to 13 years old can compete in the egg hunt.
3. Thursday, March 29: Aero Acoustic Thursday: Lawson Harris
Snake River Red’s own Lawson Harris Music will be joining Aero Crafters for Acoustic Thursday! As always, no cover and family friendly until 10pm. Friendly, leashed dogs welcome! Seaux Cajun will be on site!
4. Friday, March 30: CDM Spring Fling
At the Spring Fling at Children’s Discovery Museum of the Golden Crescent guests enjoy activities, games, Easter egg hunts, and more along with our regular exhibits and the “Roughing It” traveling exhibit. All activities are included in the regular admission price. CDM members and guests age 23 months and under are always free.

Richie Allbright is a Country singer/songwriter from Mathis, Texas. Catch his acoustic show this Friday at the Saloon at Schroeder Hall.
7. Friday, March 30: Food Truck Easter Egg Hunt
Easter Egg Hunt at Riverside Park on March 30th. The Easter Bunny will be on site to take pictures. The Easter Egg Hunt will be for children up to 9 years old.
8. Saturday, March 31: Bri Bagwell at Moonshine
Bri Bagwell is back at Moonshine this Saturday, March 31! Great tunes start around 8pm. No cover charge.
9. Saturday, March 31: Goliad Brewing Annual Easter Egg Hunt
GBC hosts their annual Easter Egg Hunt. Bring a dozen candy filled eggs (no hard boiled eggs) for the hunt and hopes of finding one of the Golden Eggs.
10. Sunday, April 1: Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt
Indoor glow in the dark Easter Egg at the Authentic Church on Sam Houston. Hunt will take place after 11 am service Sunday, April 1st. Please RSVP on Facebook if you plan to attend with children.
